We’re back with Juana Garcia Yoga to bring you a mini retreat full of self-nourishment and relaxation, including a seasonal flow, an indulgent Yoga Nidra and Reiki. Tea and nibbles to recharge.

Yoga & Reiki Afternoon

Charmaine and Claudia come back together for a cosy afternoon of Yoga & Reiki. Starting with an uplifting yoga flow, enjoy a hot drink over a journaling practice, finishing the afternoon with a guided relaxation and individual Reiki treatment.

Wear comfy clothing and bring a bolster or pillows.

All levels welcome.
