Join us on Sunday 17 March from 2pm for an afternoon of Yoga and Reiki.

Starting the afternoon with an uplifting flow, followed by a journaling practice whilst you sip on a cup of hot tea or cacao, finishing the afternoon with a beautiful guided meditation. During the afternoon you will also receive your own individual Reiki treatment.
