I am thoroughly enjoying my yoga classes with Charmaine. I have done yoga for a number of years but find Charmaine is the best teacher. The classes make me feel as if I have done a workout and always feel better afterwards for having completed the class. I currently ‘attend’ the class virtually by Zoom which suits my lifestyle and makes ‘attending’ class very easy! The classes are also great value for money. I will be continuing with the classes with Charmaine for many years to come!

I started to do the yoga online in a group setting. After a few weeks of this with Charmaine, I approached her and asked if she would do 121 sessions as I enjoyed it but needed some help in making sure I was doing the postures right. They took this on board and offered me 121 sessions until I was comfortable to re-join the sessions in a group setting. The costs are fantastic and not expensive at all. I really enjoy and look forward to the sessions!

I really enjoyed the class - it was gentle and pitched at a perfect level for me. Each move was explained or demonstrated well and the class had a lovely, friendly feel. I can definitely recommend it and will be coming back for future classes. The option to pay-as-you-go or to block-buy is great as there is flexibility to suit your preferences.

Charmaine is fantastic, I was new to yoga when I first started her classes and I am now hooked! No week is the same and there are always modifications you can do on the more difficult poses; this means that it suits all abilities. I have always felt challenged yet never discouraged because it was too difficult. I have tried both online and in person classes and have loved both.

Amazing sessions with the balance of working hard and resting harder. Thoroughly enjoy being in the space with Charmaine.
